Master Planning
New Kent Vineyards

As part of a design team, Resource contributed much to the design of New Kent Vineyards. Located on a total of 2,800 acres, the project proposes a total of 3,500 dwelling units and 555,000 square feet of commercial/service area. Resource's land planning designed landbays II, III, and IV and accompanying landscape plans. Resource also designed the transportation system to include the first roundabout interstate interchange. Finally, Resource Land Planning also developed the Design Guidelines for the project.
