R-Board

The R-Board was formed in 1988 by the City of Fredericksburg and the County of Stafford to operate a regional solid waste management and disposal system. The disposal plan included the permitting of a 700-acre property in Stafford County for the regional landfill.

Resource has been providing solid waste design and program support as their principal engineer since 1988.
