The Farms at New Kent PUD

Resource has provided survey services for the 2400 +/- Acre PUD located along the Route 249 and Route 106/609 corridors. These services have included boundary plats for property acquisition, Zoning and CDA exhibits. Service areas have been segregated into five distinct Land Bays containing both commercial and residential elements. The survey support has been integral part of the Engineering Environmental efforts.

  • Resource has provided field wetland location for over 1500 +/- Acs.
  • Resource has provided design survey and construction staking for more than 7000 +/- LF of divided highway.
  • Resource has provided construction staking for more than 20,000 +/- LF of utility infrastructure.
  • Resource has provided platting for three subdivisions totaling 381 lots in the different Land Bays and the construction staking services for the required improvements.
