Project Overview

Wilton Acquisitions hired Resource for planning, survey, environmental and engineering services to develop approximately 21.5-acres fronting Wistar Road into 85 townhouses.  

Strategy and Services

Resource worked with the Client to create a concept plan for the site.  This plan was used for the rezoning and Plan of Development (POD) approval request to Henrico County.  Resource provided topographic, boundary and wetland delineation surveys, as well as a Phase I ESA during the Due Diligence phase.  Following the County’s approval, Resource designed the Construction and Utility plans for the project.  Resource also obtained a wetland impact permit from DEQ.
